This pavilion is a contemporary take on the traditional granny flat, designed to make micro-living feel open, effortless, and thoughtful.  Delivered pre-fabricated to minimize site disruption, the transportable design features a layout that prioritizes a smooth internal flow over raw square footage. Its standout feature is an oversized sliding facade: when open, the living space blends seamlessly into nature, and when closed, the solid barn door fully secures the pavilion for an easy, lock-and-leave solution. Engineered to simplify the council approval process, the structure is designed to bypass building or resource consents under the right site conditions, making it a highly adaptable, well-crafted option for a guest house, detached studio, or remote retreat.
